This step is about you! Looking at your energy, how it all connects to the wider world and beyond!
We cover all the basic principles of Reiki - Usui system, it's origins and history.
You will discover how to channel and use energies efficiently, the practice of self care, meditation and cleansing, a variety of hand positions and techniques, and the practical, day-to-day uses of Reiki.
This level allows you to practice on yourself, family and friends.
Finally you will receive your attunement into Reiki 1.
Taught over 1 session (6hrs total + 21 Day support) includes 1:1 personalised tuition, technique practice, 1st Degree manual, supporting handouts, 1st Degree attunement, 21-Day reflective practice guidance (daily) plus ongoing email support.

You will be introduced to the first 3 Reiki symbols which will bring your practice and focus to a deeper level.
We will also explore further the Chakra system, other elements such as dowsing, scanning and channeling along with variations in technique, including distance healing.
This level will enable you to gain insurance and includes Health & Safety, Ethical Practice, GDPR and business basics.
You will then receive your 2nd Degree attunement.
Taught over 2 sessions (10-12hrs total) training includes personalised 1:1 tuition, 2nd Degree manual, PDF handouts, technique and symbol practice, 2nd Degree attunements, business basics plus ongoing email support
