Reiki 1 - The Foundation - Looking Within
Reiki 1st Degree is the first step.
This step is about you! Looking at your energy, how it all connects to the wider world and beyond!
We cover all the basic principles of Reiki - Usui system, it's origins and history.
You will discover how to channel and use energies efficiently, the practice of self care, meditation and cleansing, a variety of hand positions and techniques, and the practical, day-to-day uses of Reiki.
Finally you will receive your attunement into Reiki 1.
This step is about you! Looking at your energy, how it all connects to the wider world and beyond!

Reiki 2 - Development
Reiki 2nd Degree builds on what you have learnt and discovered during the 1st Degree and the following 21 days of reflection..
You will be introduced to the first 3 Reiki symbols which will bring your practice to a deeper level.
We will also explore further the Chakra system, other elements such as dowsing, scanning and channeling along with variations in technique, including distance healing.
You will then receive your 2nd Degree attunement,
