My career has always centred around health and social care, mixed in with a couple of years in pubs and catering, so I have always focused on working with people in order for them to enjoy living life to the full.
Why reflexology? It chose me! After wanting a career change and being interested in the holistic / Spiritual side to life, I was gifted a reflexology book that instantly sparked my soul into action. I found a local college which taught a professionally recognised course and within a few weeks, my new career started to take shape! AnitaBee Holistic Therapies was born!
I'm fascinated by the way reflexology can change our physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing just by manipulating certain points on the face and feet.
I was also fascinated by the way our energy can affect our mood and health so my journey into the world of Reiki also began around this time - they compliment each other beautifully.
